Basic Requirements for Prospective Clients – Timber Constructions, Log Villas, and Luxury Villa Houses

To initiate the process of inquiry and planning for the construction of timber structures, log villa homes, or luxury villa residences, interested parties are required to submit a formal cover letter confirming their intent, based on a reviewed and agreed price offer.
Should both parties agree to proceed toward a contractual commitment, the following documentation will be required:
A bank-issued cover letter confirming the client's financial capability to fully cover the proposed project cost.
A notarized affidavit affirming a two-step verification process regarding the client's financial standing.
For larger-scale projects, the ability to demonstrate financial capacity exceeding the offer by 15–20% is mandatory.
JMP HOUSES s.r.o., as the author and guarantor of the project, is committed to protecting the interests of all involved stakeholders throughout the entire process — including architects, engineers, and other required professionals — ensuring a well-coordinated, efficient, and successful project realization.
All terms and conditions are clearly stipulated in a formal contract, agreed upon by all parties. Any modifications or extensions to the agreement must be documented and signed as numbered addenda.
