Cake with white frosting

1. Prepare the base as usual, sponge base with a diameter of 20 cm, let it cool.

2. Filling: 

300 ml of whipping cream 150g of dark chocolate, broken into small pieces


80g of white chocolate 1 spoonful of butter 1 spoonful of milk 4 spoons of powdered sugar

Bring the cream to a boil, stirring constantly, add the chocolate and stir until it melts. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir until it thickens. 

Cut the cooled base flat in half. Connect both layers of the cake with dark chocolate filling. 

Heat the white chocolate and butter in a saucepan and stir until combined. Whisk in the milk and powdered sugar. Beat until cool. Pour the frosting over the cake. Smooth the surface and let the excess glaze run down the sides of the cake. Decorate with chocolate chips and let it harden.
